Admin Assistant

Job Requirements

  • Office administration (managing travels of employees, cooperation with external vendors/suppliers, EHS management, ensuring office maintenance, primary public relations contact)
  • Support for Technology Head and Management Team (Metrics Documentation, Operational Excellence, reports consolidation, collecting materials, schedules, and coordinates meetings etc.,)
  • Support for Technology Team (support in new joiner onboarding process, training preparation, events, CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) voluntary actions coordination, daily support for employees etc.,) 
  • Prepares presentations, reports and letters as requested
  • Provide support at the department level in completing various routine tasks
